There is one Innovation and Technology Fund (ITF) (創新及科技基金) operated in this Laboratory. There are 6 technical staffs working in the joint laboratory and the ITF project.

There are research assistants, research associates, research students for R&D activities in the Laboratory. 5 out of 6 are young fresh graduates below 25 years old.
